                  You will receive transfer confirmation, contact details, and additional information from the driver or the taxi and limousine company, including their first and last name, telephone number, license plate, and vehicle type. Updates regarding your journey will be sent to your email address.

                  When using our services in a country outside the European Union (“third country”), it is necessary to transfer your personal data to the respective fleet company, external fleet partner, and the driver responsible for the ride in that particular third country. This transfer is essential to fulfill our contractual obligations.

                  Upon completion of each trip, we kindly ask you to provide feedback by email regarding your experience with the driver and the vehicle.
